Concorde constructed the global headquarters of JELD-WEN, a four story, full-tilt office — the tallest tilt-up office building in the Southeast, upon delivery. Concorde completed the project two months early, including the interior up-fit. JELD-WEN is 120,000 sq ft and stands at four stories.

The Hawk is a total precast using Metromont's MetroDeck system. It stands at thirteen stories with 112,000 sq ft. The Hawk includes 71 Units with retail on the ground floor. While the Total Precast concept is not new, the evolving technology and resulting benefits continue to have a strong impact for design and construct-ability considerations in a world of ongoing variability.

Anker Haus, Charlotte's very first pocket neighborhood, has 49 contemporary townhomes featuring attached two-car garages and a ton of individual personality. The townhomes stand at one to three stories and total 74,000 sq ft.
