The Exchange at Rock Hill project team was recognized among other finalists and winners at an awards dinner on Thursday, October 12 in Uptown Charlotte.
Completed in 2022, Exchange at Rock Hill is an apartment and mixed-use community in the heart of historic downtown Rock Hill. With 219 market-rate and 10 affordable apartment units, the community more than doubled the number of existing multifamily units within a half-mile radius. Community amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, game lounge, coworking space, rooftop terrace, picnic/grilling area, dog park, pet spa, bike racks, and storage units.
